Affiliate Disclosure

1What affiliate links are

An affiliate link is a special link to a retailer or service. If you click one and then make a purchase, the retailer may pay Axle & Haul a small commission. This income helps pay for the research, review and updates behind every article on our site.

Axle & Haul is owned and operated by KCS Global Group. Any affiliate income is earned by KCS Global Group.

2How it works

1. You readOur article mentions a tool, part or manual.
2. You clickThe link takes you to the retailer’s website.
3. You buyYou pay the retailer’s normal price.
4. We earnThe retailer may pay us a small commission.

The retailer may use a cookie to record that you arrived from our site. How we and our partners use cookies is explained in our privacy policy.

3What we may link to

We only link to products that are relevant to the problem an article is helping you solve, such as:

• Diagnostic tools and code readers.
• Replacement parts, filters and fluids.
• Operation, maintenance and service manuals.
• Shop tools and personal protective equipment.

Where a genuine manufacturer part or tool is required, we say so, even if we earn nothing from recommending it.

4Our content comes first

Affiliate relationships never influence our research, explanations or recommendations. In practice, this means:

• We decide what to write about based on reader problems, not on which products pay a commission.
• We recommend the right solution for your machine, including a dealer visit or a qualified technician, when that is the safest or best option.
• We will not recommend a product we believe is unsuitable or unsafe for the job, however much it pays.
• Retailers and affiliate partners have no control over, and do not review, our content before it is published.

Every article follows the standards in our editorial policy.

5How to spot affiliate links

Any article that contains affiliate links includes a short notice near the top of the page, like this one:

Affiliate links on our site are also marked in the page code as sponsored links, in line with search engine guidelines.

6Advertising on our site

Axle & Haul also shows display advertising, including ads served by Google. Ads are different from affiliate links:

• Ads are selected automatically by the ad network, not by our editorial team.
• An ad appearing on a page is not an endorsement of the advertiser or product.
• Advertisers have no influence over our content.

You can learn how Google uses cookies for advertising, and how to opt out of personalised ads, in our privacy policy.

7What we do not accept

• Payment to publish, change or remove content.
• Sponsored articles or paid reviews.
• Payments or free products from manufacturers in exchange for coverage.

Axle & Haul is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Bobcat, Doosan Bobcat or any other equipment manufacturer or dealer. See our disclaimer for more.

8Your choice

Using our affiliate links is entirely optional. You are always free to buy from any retailer or dealer you choose, or to search for a product directly without using our links. Any purchase you make is between you and the retailer, under their terms, prices, warranties and return policies. See our terms of use.
