These Terms of Use apply to your use of axleandhaul.com and all of its pages. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Axle & Haul is an independent publication about heavy machinery fault codes, troubleshooting and specifications. It is owned and operated by KCS Global Group, based in Durg, Chhattisgarh, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Axle & Haul and KCS Global Group, and “you” means anyone who uses the site. Learn more about us.

3Information only, not professional advice

Everything on Axle & Haul, including fault code explanations, troubleshooting steps and specifications, is general information for reference. We research every article from manufacturer documentation and other reliable sources, as explained in our editorial policy, but:

• Codes, procedures and specifications can differ by model, serial number range, software version and market.
• Manufacturers can change their information without notice, and our content may not reflect the latest update.
• Our content is not professional mechanical, engineering, safety or legal advice, and it does not create any professional relationship between you and us.

Always confirm information against your machine’s official operator and service manuals, your authorised dealer or a qualified technician before acting on it.

4Your responsibility for safety

Before working on or near any machine, follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions, lockout and shutdown procedures, and the workplace safety rules that apply to you, such as those published by OSHA or your local authority. Do not attempt any repair you are not trained and equipped to do safely. Work that could affect your warranty should be carried out by an authorised dealer.

5Our content and intellectual property

The text, tables, graphics, page designs, logos and other original content on Axle & Haul are owned by KCS Global Group or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

What you may do

• Read, print and save pages for your own personal or internal work reference.
• Share links to our pages.
• Quote a short excerpt, as long as you credit Axle & Haul and link to the original page.

What you may not do without our written permission

• Copy, republish, sell or distribute our articles, fault code tables or other content, in full or in large parts.

6Manufacturer trademarks

Bobcat, Doosan Bobcat and all other manufacturer names, model names, logos and trademarks mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the machines we write about. Axle & Haul is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any equipment manufacturer or dealer.

7Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically copy our content with automated tools, except for standard search engine indexing.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its data.
• Introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code.
• Interfere with the ads on the site through fraudulent clicks or automated traffic.
• Send us spam, abusive messages or content that infringes someone else’s rights.

8Emails and feedback you send us

We do not use forms, comments or accounts. All communication happens by email to contact@axleandhaul.com or info@axleandhaul.com.

When you send us corrections, suggestions, photos or other feedback, you allow us to use that information to check, improve and update our content without payment to you. We will not publish your name or email address without your permission. Please send only content you have the right to share. Our pages link to manufacturer, safety and other external websites as sources and references. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices.

This includes damage to machines or property, downtime, lost income or profit, personal injury, and any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, even if we were told such loss was possible.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12Indemnity

You agree to compensate and protect KCS Global Group, Axle & Haul and our team against any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

13Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to these terms or the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Durg, Chhattisgarh, India. Before starting any formal process, please email info@axleandhaul.com so we can try to resolve the issue with you directly.

14Changes and access to the site

We may update these terms at any time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site or its content at any time without notice, and we may block access to anyone who breaches these terms.

• If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms will remain in effect.
• If we do not enforce any part of these terms, that does not mean we give up our right to do so later.
